Quality education out of reach for many children

The promise of quality Basic Education remains out of reach for many children in the villages of Tsomo under Intsika Yethu Local Municipality in the Eastern Cape.

The communiy of Mhlehlani and Caba say they have been left to fend for themselves, either building classrooms with their own hands or sending young children on long, unsafe walks simply to reach a school.
