Decode With Sudhir Chaudhary: Parliament held an extensive eight-hour debate on the new Anti-Paper Leak Bill aimed at strengthening action against examination fraud. The proposed amendments include stricter punishments, with 7 to 10 years of imprisonment and fines of up to ₹10 crore for senior officials and organized rackets involved in paper leaks. Other offenders also face severe penalties, while outsourced examination agencies could be banned for up to eight years for violations. The Bill also proposes fast-track court trials to be completed within three months. The debate was accompanied by sharp exchanges between the NDA and the Opposition over issues concerning students and examination reforms.

Decode With Sudhir Chaudhary: संसद में Paper Leak रोकने वाले नए विधेयक पर लगभग 8 घंटे तक चर्चा हुई, जिसके बाद परीक्षा में धांधली रोकने के लिए कई सख्त प्रावधानों पर जोर दिया गया। नए संशोधनों के तहत बड़े अधिकारियों और संगठित गिरोहों के लिए 7 से 10 साल तक की सजा और ₹10 करोड़ तक जुर्माने का प्रावधान है, जबकि अन्य आरोपियों के लिए भी कड़ी सजा तय की गई है। परीक्षा आयोजित करने वाली आउटसोर्स कंपनियों पर गड़बड़ी साबित होने पर 8 साल तक प्रतिबंध लगाया जा सकेगा। साथ ही Fast Track Court में 3 महीने के भीतर ट्रायल पूरा करने का प्रावधान भी शामिल है। इस दौरान लोकसभा में NDA और विपक्ष के बीच छात्रों के मुद्दे पर तीखी राजनीतिक बहस भी देखने को मिली।
