Markets Update | Oil prices slide further as US-Iran pause hostilities: Phumelele Ndou

Asian chip stocks fell as China competition fears rattle AI trade. Sliding oil prices also doing little to allay nerves about US rate hikes.

The Nikkei in Japan slumping almost 4% to 62,374 Hong Kong's Hang Seng up 0,4% at 25,303
and in China, the Shanghai Composite Index losing 1.2% at 3,809.
