President Cyril Ramaphosa will hand over 300 title deeds for low cost housing to the Setlagole Community.
The area, which falls under the Ratlou Local Municipality - a small rural municipality - has been struggling with service delivery for decades. Residents say although they welcome the housing development, they would want issues relating to water and electricity, and unemployment to be given priority as well.
