Madlanga Commission | Vusimuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala to testify

The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria is expected to hear the testimony of alleged cartel kingpin, Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala today.

He is alleged to have links to criminal networks, attempted murder and the irregular multi-million rand SAPS Medicare 24 tender.

His appearance has been brought forward, after he had been scheduled to appear on September 1.
