Media Excellence Awards I KBC wins Special Recognition Award

The Kenya Broadcasting Corporation is among institutions and individuals recognized for shaping the future of journalism in Kenya during the Annual Media Excellence Awards held in Nairobi. The premier Kenyan media awards gala saw stakeholders appreciating the role of journalism in promoting ethical reporting, diversity and credible information. Tourism and Wildlife Cabinet Secretary Rebecca Miano, who was the guest of honour, commended journalists for upholding professionalism and ensuring Kenyans receive verified and ethical news despite challenges facing the industry.
