Madlanga Commission | Sakina Kamwendo monitoring latest developments

The Judicial Commission of Inquiry into criminality, political interference and corruption in the Criminal Justice System is led by Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga.

The commission was established by President Cyril Ramaphosa to probe the infiltration of criminal syndicates into law enforcement, intelligence, prosecution authorities, the judiciary, and correctional services; assess oversight mechanisms; review legislation; and make actionable recommendations.
