Iran Praises India's Digital Health Model #brics2026

Dr Ali Jafarian, Iran’s Deputy Minister of Health, said that despite India’s vast population and complex healthcare landscape, the country has successfully developed an integrated national platform for health data. After visiting the National Health Authority pavilion, he said India’s digital health ecosystem could serve as a model for Iran as it pursues its own digital transformation in healthcare.
