Hantavirus cruise : Luxury ship with deadly outbreak sails to Spain

A cruise liner has reported eight suspected cases, three confirmed, of the Andes hantavirus, with three deaths among passengers and crew.

Authorities in South Africa and Switzerland have confirmed cases, including two British patients; the WHO says risk is low despite limited human-to-human transmission, with Dutch victims likely bringing the virus on board.
