DA Court Challenge | Party challenges Mettler suspension, Mnisi reinstatement

The Pretoria High Court is set to hear arguments in the Democratic Alliance's urgent application, challenging Tshwane Council decisions to suspend City Manager Johann Mettler and reinstate Chief Financial Officer Gareth Mnisi.

The DA wants the court to review and set aside what it describes as unlawful council resolutions, amid claims that 13 votes were improperly deducted, altering the outcome of both decisions.
