The Pentagon has reportedly begun a review of U.S. forces stationed in Europe. The posture adjustment was originally announced by U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth back in June.

NATO TESTS ITS EASTERN FLANK DEFENSES
NATO is testing its ability to rapidly reinforce its eastern flank. A German-led battle group has completed an overland deployment to Lithuania, while Poland is strengthening its border defenses with new mine-laying vehicles designed to help protect the alliance’s frontier with Russia and Belarus.

MAJOR UKRAINIAN ATTACK ON RUSSIA
Ukrainian forces have carried out drone attacks on a Russian steel facility in the Moscow region, while at the same time, a blackout was reported in Russian-occupied Crimea following overnight attacks.
