Madlanga Commision to lay charges against individual who leaked and disclosed name of witness

Former Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) Head, Advocate Andrea Johnson remains under subpoena, and will continue her testimony before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry on Tuesday morning.

Chairperson Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga announced that criminal charges will be laid against a person who allegedly deliberately disclosed the name of a witness that appeared at the Commission.
