GraceWorks Women’s Enterprise Programme empowers women in business

A women’s enterprise organization has stepped in to support Women to own businesses, despite challenges in expanding beyond micro-enterprise levels. The Graceworld Foundation says the initiative aims to transform the narrative through its GraceWorks Women’s Enterprise Programme, dedicated to fostering the long-term growth and sustainability of women-led businesses. According to the foundation,Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of Kenya’s economy, employing nearly 15 million people and accounting for 85% of non-agricultural employment.
