Screaming man disrupts NYC synagogue service

Video from a Friday night livestream of Shabbat services at Central Synagogue in Manhattan shows a man screaming before a security guard restrains him. Larry Montes, 46, from The Bronx has been arrested and charged with hate crimes in connection to the incident, according to New York City Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch.
