Typhoon Noul batters Southeast China

Footage shows the aftermath of Typhoon Noul after it battered southern China's coastal regions with flooding and powerful winds. It is the third typhoon to hit China this month and the 12th this year, but the strongest so far. Torrential rain is expected to continue through Tuesday.
