SA marks 30 years of constitutional democracy

As part of the United Nations' #30for30 campaign, we're reflecting on the close relationship between our Constitution and the 30 Articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).

Today's conversation focuses on Article 9, which states that no one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.
