Col.Rajesh Jindal (Retd.) Highlights India's Defence Progress

On the 27th Kargil Vijay Diwas at Drass, Col. Rajesh Jindal (Retd.) said India's defence capabilities have advanced significantly, highlighting progress in military technology and indigenous defence production.

Recalling the Kargil War, he said the conflict claimed the lives of 546 soldiers and described the Kargil War Memorial as a place that preserves their sacrifice. He added that India's growing defence self-reliance has strengthened the country's security.
