As Kenya prepares for general elections next year, concerns are growing over the re-emergence of groups linked to violence at political events.
More than a thousand people were killed during protests and unrest that broke out after elections in 2007.
And the Kenya Human Rights Commission says it documented serious rights violations during a recent by-election.
