Former Joburg Mayor Masondo discusses his tenure from 2001 to 2011

Although the vision to turn Johannesburg into a World Class African City is largely seen as a dream deferred, the architect of the idea and former Johannesburg Mayor, Amos Masondo, remains optimistic that the ambitious plan can still be realised.
