Lesotho Queen pursues fitness and philanthropy

This year 2026, marks Lesotho's Queen 'Masenate Mohato Seeiso's 50th birthday and many Basotho and independent organisations have marked this golden jubilee milestone with a series of events across the country.

But to the Queen, physical fitness and a mentally sharp body is what tops the list of her priorities.

SABC News correspondent in Maseru, Rapelang Radebe got an exclusive access to the Queen's intensive training session, ahead of the upcoming Desert Bush Walk in Botswana.
