Don Mattera honoured with Obituary Installation

The late prolific poet, writer and journalist Don Mattera held South Africa in his voice. 20 July marked four years since his untimely passing.

To honour his legacy The Don Mattera Legacy Foundation and Apartheid Museum opened the Don Mattera Obituary Installation to remind us that as much as memory is a weapon, it also not nostalgia, it is strategy that reminds us that culture is not décor but resistance.
