Gautrain offers discount for Soweto Derby fans

The Gautrain, supported by a dedicated event shuttle operation, provides a high-capacity, reliable and congestion-free transport solution for the Soweto Derby. Gautrain introduced a 50% fare discount for match-day attendees, effectively providing spectators with a free return journey, subject to participation in the verified event transport system. This initiative is designed to incentivise public transport usage, reduce congestion, and ensure that only ticketed spectators access event transport services.
