Gordie Howe bridge opening ceremony takes place with no U.S. representation

Canada marked the opening of the Gordie Howe bridge with speeches and a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday. Despite the fact the bridge provides a new route between Windsor, Ont., and Detroit, Mich., the celebration remained only Canadian.
