New state witness takes stand in Matlala trial

The first accused in the attempted murder trial of Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala, and four others, has objected to the state using some of the evidence obtained during his arrest.

Musa Kekana is on trial in the High Court in Johannesburg, with Matlala, his wife Tsakani Matlala, Tiego Mabusela, and Nthabiseng Nzama.

He is the alleged contract killer who was reportedly paid by Matlala to kill socialite, Tebogo Thobejane, businessman, Joe Sibanyoni, and music producer, Seunkie Mokubung also known as DJ Vettys.
