ASEAN meetings in Manila: Region's top diplomats and allies focus on security concerns, energy

ASEAN member states and partner nations have wrapped up four days of talks in Manila. Maritime security concerns - from the Strait of Hormuz to the South China Sea - have emerged as the hottest topic at this week's ASEAN meetings in the Philippines.
