Brazil Praises India's Healthcare Model #BRICS #BRICSHealth

After several days of discussions on how BRICS countries can build a stronger and more inclusive healthcare environment for all member nations, it is encouraging to see India's Chairship putting those ideas into practice. This visit has given us the opportunity to understand India's primary healthcare model, its public health programmes, and the collaborative approach it is taking. We could identify many similarities between India and Brazil, and several procedures and best practices implemented here could also be adapted in Brazil. This exchange of knowledge truly reflects the spirit of BRICS cooperation, and we are very happy to be here: Brazilian delegate after visiting an Ayushman Arogya Mandir following the 16th BRICS Health Ministers' Meeting in Chandigarh.
