Presidency hails separation of powers, welcomes decision of Western Cape High Court

Responding to the judgment, Presidential spokesperson Vincent Magwenya says president Cyril Ramaphosa reaffirms the respect of judicial independence and separation of powers enshrined in our constitution.

He further notes that Ramaphosa will continue to cooperate with and abide by processes of accountability.
