Migration Summit | Africa urged to utilise resources, grow economies

Former Deputy Finance Minister, and Chairperson of the MTN Board, Mcebisi Jonas, says the challenge Africa faces is the slow economic growth that has led to unemployment and poverty.

Jonas has called on African leaders to focus on building continental economies by using their mineral resources.

He spoke to SABC on the sidelines of the Africa and Migration Summit hosted by the Kgalema Motlanthe Foundation in Johannesburg.
