Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) head Advocate Andrea Johnson faced intense questioning at the Madlanga Commission yesterday.
The Madlanga Commission has criticised Advocate Johnson for applying the wrong legal test when assessing a Section 27 referral.
The referral ultimately led to the investigation of Crime Intelligence head Lieutenant-General Dumisani Khumalo and six others.
