Suspended SAPS Gauteng Organised Crime Unit member, Sergeant Fannie Nkosi's criminal cases have been consolidated as the state prepares for trial.
Nkosi has briefly appeared in the Pretoria North Magistrate's Court, facing charges of theft, fraud and defeating the ends of justice, relating to a Limpopo matter.
Nkosi is also charged with unlawful possession of explosives, theft and three counts of failing to safeguard firearms, and defeating the administration of justice following a raid at his Pretoria North home in April.
Police found case dockets, explosives, ammunition and more than R50 000 hidden under a mattress. Lerato Makola reports that all charges against him have now been centralised.
