SASSA Payments | Delays frustrate grant recipients in Cape Town

A disabled man has suffered a seizure outside the SASSA offices in Bellville after apparently spending the night waiting in line to be helped this morning.

And comes on the heels of Social Development Minister Dina Pule vowing to end long queues at SASSA offices nationwide. She spoke of system upgrades and adding capacity to ensure the dignity of vulnerable people.
