Labour Abuse matters | Concern prevails in SA's private security industry

Security officers stationed at the Tshwane District Hospital in Pretoria have come forward with allegations of widespread labour abuses by the private security company contracted to provide services at the facility.

The guards claim they have been subjected to late and incomplete salary payments, unlawful deductions and intimidation when they raise concerns.

SABC News spoke to one of the officers, who asked not to be identified for fear of victimisation. Reporter Ofentse Setimo has the story.
