India Rescues Chinese Crew, Wins Praise

On the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, Chinese Defence Attaché Rear Admiral You Jian recalled India’s rescue of 12 Chinese crew members from a cargo ship that caught fire off the Kerala coast. He also highlighted the longstanding cooperation and shared sacrifices of the Indian and Chinese armed forces in United Nations peacekeeping operations.
