Monday's announcement of new 50 per cent tariffs on Canadian goods entering the United States pulled the most focus on the first day of the premiers' meeting in P.E.I. The chair of the Council of the Federation, P.E.I. Premier Rob Lantz, tells Power & Politics this latest round of tariffs should be seen just as much as an opportunity as a threat.
