Tsolo residents get clean drinking water

After years of struggling to access clean running water, residents of Mbutho Village in Tsolo, Eastern Cape, will finally have access to water through a borehole.

The borehole is a partnership between a non-governmental organisation and government, as part of Mandela Month celebrations.

Nkululeko Nyembezi reports that residents have been fetching water from dams, which they share with animals.
