RTS Link prompts Singapore firms to innovate ahead of cross-border shift

As the Rapid Transit System Link (RTS Link) between Singapore and Johor Bahru prepares to open next year, experts say businesses near the Singapore side of the Causeway should innovate and collaborate to stay competitive as more shoppers head to Johor Bahru. They suggest partnerships with Malaysian firms, new business concepts and value-added services to attract customers.
