SAF's digital team explores quantum computing for future operations

The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) is exploring the use of quantum computing to plan complex missions. The aim is to see if the tech can more efficiently balance operational constraints, resources and timelines. Authorities are working with IBM to prepare the SAF to harness emerging technologies. CNA speaks to Guo Jinghua from MINDEF and geopolitical analyst Professor Lim Tai Wei from Soka University in Tokyo.
