Family questions handling of soldier's death

A Northern Cape widow is demanding answers four years after the body of her husband, who was a member of the SANDF, was found at Lohatla Army Training Area.

Thabo Theko disappeared while on duty, and eight days later, his decomposed body was discovered at the military base.

His wife, Glynnis Theko, claims military officials discouraged her from requesting a post-mortem examination, and from making a statement to police after his body was found.
