Mkhwanazi describes co-accused as jilted lover

Judgment in the bail applications for suspended Ekurhuleni Metro Police Deputy Chief, Julius Mkhwanazi, and his former girlfriend, Witness K, is expected tomorrow.

Both are charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, robbery with aggravated circumstances, and fraud.

The matter relates to the 2023 robbery of almost R15-million worth of precious stones in Killarney, Johannesburg.
