A day inside China's weight-loss camp

Private weight-loss camps in China are attracting growing interest — not just from locals, but increasingly from overseas visitors as well. The trend comes as Beijing steps up efforts to tackle obesity, with more than half of Chinese adults now overweight or obese. Most participants stay at the camp for at least 28 days. Some remain even longer to reach their target weight. CNA's Rebecca Metteo spent a day at one such camp to find out what life there is really like.
