Metro FM Music Awards takes place in Durban tonight

The much-anticipated 2026 Metro FM Music Awards is set to take place tonight at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre. This year will feature 21 categories, including the addition of the Best Maskandi and Best Lekompo categories. The awards will be broadcast live on SABC1, with livestreaming on SABC Plus.
