PM Modi ने Jind से ₹14,700 करोड़ की विकास परियोजनाओं का किया शुभारंभ #hydrogentrain

PM Narendra Modi flagged off India's first hydrogen-powered train, describing it as a historic milestone for Indian Railways and green mobility.

PM Modi said Jind and Sonipat would be remembered in the history of hydrogen rail technology. PM Modi highlighted that the 10-coach, 3,200-horsepower train is the world's most powerful hydrogen train with zero carbon emissions, showcasing India's technological capabilities.

PM Modi also said India's near-complete railway electrification has strengthened energy security, ensuring the rail network remains resilient despite global disruptions to fuel supply.

During his visit, PM Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for development projects worth over ₹14,700 crore in Haryana, including major road, rail and healthcare infrastructure. He also handed over PMAY-Gramin house keys to beneficiaries, praised Haryana's participation in the #SwachhBharatMission, and described Jind as a land of history, pride and spirituality.
