Hamilton man charged with 100+ child abuse-related charges Warning: Disturbing details

Toronto police have arrested a Hamilton man after four children were rescued in the Philippines. Stephen Tolys has been charged with 136 child exploitation related charges. He allegedly paid for and directed abuse of children overseas on livestreams.
