The European Union and Ukraine have concluded a deal on the production of drones and anti-drone systems. How is this agreement different?

“For the first time since the beginning of the war, there is a real two-way cooperation between Ukraine and the West (...) Up until now it was just support coming from the West,” said Michał Broniatowski, TVP World’s Editor-in-Chief, adding that Europe has “finally” realized what immense experience and expertise in drone warfare Ukraine has gained since the start of the conflict.

“Politicians will be quarreling and squabbling around admitting or not admitting Ukraine to NATO perhaps for years now, but in the meantime Ukraine has become an indispensable part of the European defense shield against Russia,” Broniatowski said, adding that “it would be stupid” for NATO not to open its doors to the largest and most experienced army in Europe.

“I would say NATO should be … glad that Ukraine wants to enter,” TVP World’s Editor-in-Chief said.
