NPA welcomes Omotoso appeal ruling

The Supreme Court of Appeal has granted the NPA leave to appeal the acquittal of Timothy Omotoso, and co-accused, Lusanda Solani and Zukiswa Sitho by the Eastern Cape High Court in Gqeberha in 2024.
