Police probe murder of two-time world boxing champ, Zolani Tete

Police in KuGompo City in the Eastern Cape have launched an investigation following the murder of the former two-time world boxing champion, Zolani Tete. He was shot dead in front of his house in Mdantsane earlier this evening.

The 38-year old boxer was about to make his return to the ring after serving a four year doping ban.

Tete is a former Junior Bantamweight IBF Champion and WBO Bantamweight Champion.
