Madlanga Commission's Witness K arrested

Witness K, who testified at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry, has been arrested in Johannesburg.

The Johannesburg Metro Police officer, appeared before the Madlanga Commission last month, testifying about the theft of semi-precious stones worth almost R15-million.

The alleged bogus police operation took place in February 2023, at a Killarney apartment in Johannesburg.

She alleged that the operation was orchestrated by suspended Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department deputy chief, Julius Mkhwanazi.
