Alleged cartel member, Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala who is a central figure in infiltration allegations that gave birth to the Madlanga Commission is set to take the stand before the probe today. While the probe maintains that Matlala will appear today, the Commission's spokesperson Jeremy Michaels could not be drawn on reports that Matlala's lawyers could seek a postponement.
