Milnerton bullying case transferred to WC Regional Court

The case against eight Milnerton High School learners, who were allegedly involved in a bullying incident at the school, has been transferred to the Western Cape Regional Court for a summary trial, which will start on the 29th of June.

The learners have appeared at the Cape Town Magistrate's Court, with two of them appearing in juvenile court.
They face 8 charges of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
