Norway's World Cup squad returned home to a heroes' welcome on Monday (Jul 13) following their historic run to the quarter-finals. But while thousands of fans celebrated in Oslo, one player's unusual souvenir stole the spotlight.

Manchester City forward Erling Haaland was spotted stepping off the plane carrying a taxidermied raccoon clutching a whiskey bottle. Dubbed the "Whiskey Raccoon", the quirky keepsake was reportedly bought from a Dallas store for US$750.
